Assessment
The WaterMark Administration advises it has reviewed a risk assessment submitted for the above mentioned product. The function of this product is to dose a specific volume and temperature of water in commercial bakery applications.
The WaterMark Administration verifies that the risk assessment for the bakery doser mixer has identified risks requiring mitigation through the WaterMark Certification Scheme.
Outcome
The Risk Assessment identified the overall risk rating being medium for the nominated health and safety, economic or water wastage consequences incidences. In accordance with the Manual for the WaterMark Certification Scheme, Appendix 3, Table D, any product with an overall risk rating of medium requires WaterMark Certification.
The WaterMark Schedule of Products will now be revised to reflect the most appropriate specification for these products. Approved WaterMark Conformity Assessment Bodies will be required to evaluate these products in accordance with the Scheme Rules to the listed specification.
